Whether operational or organisational changes are required the key to success is in addressing identified challenges, some being embedded principles that have been engrained into existing working practice. During the construction of these facilitated workshops the general approach is to identify the key issues, design a solution and produce an action plan with milestones and targets. All workshops are bespoke with all stages being clarified and agreed by the client, with an emphasis on the medium/long term. This ensures that there is a clear road

map to sustained success.
Workshops are designed to not only address identified issues and challenges with agreed solutions, but are intended to rejuvenate and re-energise attendees to focus on making it happen. This is achieved by interlacing classroom sessions with outdoor, team building activities that are selected to suit the abilities of attendees from those available: i.e. Kayaking, canoeing, coasteering, surfing, kite boarding, horse riding, 4x4 off road, fishing, absailing, diving, windsurfing or even walking parts of the stunning Pembrokeshire coastal path.
Energised workshops can also be effective in complementing strategic initiatives around workplace innovation where there is a focus on introducing different working practices to assist talent management.
